Relish Stuffed Franks Recipe
Ingredients
| Sweet pickle relish | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 10 wieners (about 1 lb.) | ||
| 5 slices bacon, cut in half crosswise | ||
| Hot dog buns | 10 | |
Directions
Preheat grill for 10 minutes.
In small bowl, mix relish and mustard.
Slit wieners lengthwise, cutting to within 1/4 inch of bottom edge.
Spread about 1 teaspoon relish mixture in each slit.
Wrap one bacon half around middle of each wiener.
Secure with wooden picks.
Grill wieners at MEDIUM with hood closed until bacon is brown, 5 to 10 minutes, turning wieners over and rearranging once.
