Refrigerator Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| Cake - 1 OR yeast - 1 package | ||
| Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lukewarm water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (Special oil - 1/3 cup) | |
| Egg | 1 (Special oil - 1/3 cup) | |
| Flour - 5-1/2 cups sifted | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.Put yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in water to make it soft.
2.Add milk, oil, salt, egg and leftover sugar to it and stir well.
3.Put flour sufficient to make a soft dough.
4.Knead on lightly floured area until smooth.
5.Take a greased bowl, put the dough in it and refrigerate for 2 hours prior to using.
6.Once dome, make 2 inch rolls of dough and leave them to rise for two hours prior to baking.
7.Preheat the oven to 423 degrees.
FINALIZING
8.Bake the rolls for 15 minutes until brown.
SERVING
9.Serve as snack.
Tip: the dough can be refrigerated and used over a period of one week.
