Refrigerated Vegetable Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| French-style green beans-1 (16-ounce) can, drained | ||
| Chow Mein vegetables-1 (16-ounce) can, drained | ||
| Water chestnuts-1 (8-ounce) can sliced, drained | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large bowl, add first 5 ingredients and keep aside.
2) In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour it over vegetables.
3) Toss it gently. Cover and chill overnight.
SERVING
4) Serve vegetable salad chilled.
