 Onion1 Medium
 4 jalapeno chilies, seeded and finely chopped
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 Vegetable oil4 Tablespoon
 Black beans4 Can (10oz), undrained
 2 canned chipotle chilies in adobo sauce, chopped
 Red chilies2 Teaspoon
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Cook and stir onion, jalapeno chilies and garlic in oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until onion is tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients; mash beans.
Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until thick, about 15 minutes.
