Refreshing Shrimp Salad Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 pound fresh or frozen shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined
1 quart shredded cabbage
1/2 cup sliced green pepper
1 cup commercial sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped dill or 1/4 teaspoon dillweed
Dash ground nutmeg
1/2 cup toasted blanched slivered almonds
Salad greens
Directions
Cut large shrimp in half.
Combine shrimp, cabbage, and green pepper; chill.
Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings to make dressing; chill.
Add almonds and dressing to shrimp mixture; toss lightly.
