Reduced Fat Italian Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Balsamic vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red wine vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Dried oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dried basil | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons Chicken Broth or canned reduced-sodium chicken broth | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |

MAKING
1) In a bowl add the first five ingredients.
2) Whisk thoroughly to mix well.
3) Add oil and the chicken broth. Whisk again
