Redmond's Fruit Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 cups stale biscuits, toasted or diced white bread toasted | ||
| Milk | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Nutmeg | ||
| Cinnamon | ||
| Vanilla extract | ||
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| Apples (sliced) | ||
| Peaches (sliced) | ||
| Pineapple | ||
| Raisins | ||
Directions
Mix eggs, sugar, spices and milk together in a bowl.
Chop fruit into small pieces.
Put bread and fruit into a baking dish and pour egg mixture over bread and fruit.
Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350°F.
