Red Wine Steak Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
Shallot - 1 tablespoon, minced
Dry red wine - 3/4 cup
Soft butter or margarine - 1/2 cup
Parsley - 2 teaspoons, chopped
Salt and pepper - to taste
Directions
MAKING
1) In a small saucepan, cin small saucepan until liquid is reduced to 1/4 cup.
2) Remove the saucepan from heat; cool.
3) Using electric mixer, beat the cream butter with parsley.
4) Gradually beat in wine-shallot mixture.
5) Season to taste with salt and pepper.
6) Serve at the sauce at room temperature with broiled steak.
