Red Wine Sauce Recipe
This is a lip smacking Red Wine Sauce recipe which will knockout anyone who eats it. Excuse my excitement. Red Wine Sauce served as Side Dish is the best food to pep me up. One trial wont be enough for this Red Wine Sauce recipe, I am sure you will be making it again!.
Ingredients
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. beef bouillon
1 c. button mushrooms
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1/2 c. minced green onions
1/2 c. Burgundy
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions
Melt butter in small saucepan; blend in flour.
Add bouillon gradually, stirring.
Cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
Add mushrooms, garlic, onions and Burgundy.
Cook for about 5 minutes longer; stir in parsley.
