 1 1/2 lb. red snapper fillets, cut into chunks
 Whole tomatoes1 Can (10oz), mashed
 Onions2 Medium, chopped
 Okra package1 , frozen
 1/2 cup minced shallots or green onions
 Beef base2 Tablespoon
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup dry sherry or water
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in crock pot; stir thoroughly.
Cover and cook on high setting for 3 to 5 hours.
