Red Snapper Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 lb. red snapper fillets, cut into chunks | ||
| Whole tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), mashed | |
| Onions | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Okra package | 1 , frozen | |
| 1/2 cup minced shallots or green onions | ||
| Beef base | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup dry sherry or water | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in crock pot; stir thoroughly.
Cover and cook on high setting for 3 to 5 hours.
