Directions

Wipe fish with paper towel and place in an 8 x 8-inch (20 x 20 cm) glass or ceramic baking dish.
Place the butter or margarine in a microwave-safe bowl and melt 1 minute at HIGH.
Add mushrooms, green onions, parsley, lime or lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Microwave 2 minutes at HIGH.
Mix well, pour over fish, spreading evenly.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at MEDIUM 6 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Serve with lime or lemon wedges.
