1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions
In a 2-quart glass baking dish, arrange fish evenly around edge.
In a 1 cup glass measure, blend orange juice, orange peel, butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Heat 30 seconds and pour over fish.
Cook fish, covered, 5 to 6 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
