Red Pepper Relish Using White Vinegar Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 peck red peppers | ||
| White sugar | 3 Pound | |
| 3 pts. white vinegar | ||
| 2 ozs. mustard seeds | ||
Directions
Remove seeds from peppers and grind peppers with a fine cutter.
Wash mustard seeds and soak in hot water about 2 to 3 hours.
Place all ingredients together and cook slowly until mixture jellies from a spoon.
Watch carefully and stir often so it does not scorch.
Use low heat.
