Ingredients

 
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
 
1 1/2 c. water
 
1 3 oz. pkg. lemon gelatin
 
1 c. cottage cheese
 
1/2 c. finely chopped green onions and tops
 
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
 
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
 
1 c. flaked crab meat

Directions

Combine tomato paste and water in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat; dissolve gelatin in hot liquid.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
Using a rotary beater, beat in cottage cheese, green onions, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce.
Fold in crab meat; pour into a 1 1/2 quart mold or individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Unmold onto crisp greens.
