Ingredients

 1 pound frozen jumbo shrimp
 Dry bread crumbs1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup minced sautfed mushrooms
 1/2 (2 1/4-3-ounce) tin deviled ham
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 1 teaspoon minced onion, Sherry to moisten, Savory Fritter Batter, Dash Cayenne

Directions

Gash shrimp lengthwise, and fill each cavity with stuffing made by combining next 7 ingredients.
Dip in Savory Fritter Batter seasoned with a dash of cayenne, and deep-fry.
Serve hot on cocktail picks with Red Devil Sauce.
Makes about 2 dozen.
