Red Devil Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound frozen jumbo shrimp | ||
| Dry bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup minced sautfed mushrooms | ||
| 1/2 (2 1/4-3-ounce) tin deviled ham | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon minced onion, Sherry to moisten, Savory Fritter Batter, Dash Cayenne | ||
Directions
Gash shrimp lengthwise, and fill each cavity with stuffing made by combining next 7 ingredients.
Dip in Savory Fritter Batter seasoned with a dash of cayenne, and deep-fry.
Serve hot on cocktail picks with Red Devil Sauce.
Makes about 2 dozen.
