Red-Cooked Duck Recipe

| Sesame seed oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Sherry | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 3 Teaspoon | |
| 2 teaspoons sugar half a saucepan water | ||
Directions
Wash the duck and remove the tail and oil sacs and discard.
Place the duck in a saucepan with enough water to cover.
Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Turn down the heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve in a deep bowl with the gravy.
