Ingredients
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup sbredded white cabbage
1/2 cup peeled, shredded carrot (about 1 carrot)
1/4 cup finely chopped white onion
1/2 cup deeded, chopped yellow bell pepper
1/2 tablespoon caraway deed
DRESSING:
1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard
1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
