Red And Green Pepper Steak Recipe

I got to try out this Red And Green Pepper Steak at my friend's place. My GOD, It was simply mind blowing! A great Side Dish recipe is one like this. The key ingredient here is Beef. Trust me when I say, you have to try Red And Green Pepper Steak.

Ingredients

 
2 medium size green peppers, halved, seeded and thinly sliced
 
2 medium size sweet red peppers, halved, seeded and thinly sliced
 
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
 
1 chuck steak fillet (about 1 1/2 pounds)
 
1 cup water
 
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crumbled
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Saute peppers in oil until soft in large skillet; remove to hot platter; keep warm.
Cook steak in oil remaining in skillet, turning once, 5 minutes on each side, or until steak is as done as you like it.
Slice steak and arrange with peppers on hot platter.
Stir water, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper into skillet.
Cook, stirring constantly, scraping to loosen cooked on juices in skillet.
Simmer 3 minutes to reduce volume by one third.
Pour over sliced beef and peppers.
Serve with hot cooked rice, if you wish.

This recipe seems so bland. There are a lot more seasonings for pepper steak.

Hey, I did try this one and it isn't that bad. If you like it to be more spicy, try increasing the specific ingredient measure, that's what I did. And, I tried my own improvisations and it came out really nice! Give it a try and I am sure too are gonna enjoy it!
