3/4 cup (200 ml) olive oil, or 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil and vegetable oil to make
 
3/4 cup (200 ml)
 
1/4 cup (50 ml) red wine vinegar
 
1 small clove garlic, minced
 
2 teaspoons (10 ml) prepared mustard
 
1 teaspoon (5 ml) prepared horseradish
 
1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
 
Dash freshly ground pepper

Directions

Assemble Blender.
Put all ingredients into blender container.
Cover and process at CHOP until mixed.
