Ingredients

 Sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon peel strip3
 6 whole cloves 3-inch stick of cinnamon
 Pineapple juice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange juice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 bottle (one-fifth gallon) Burgundy

Directions

Boil together sugar, water, lemon peel, cloves, and cinnamon for 10 minutes.
Strain and cool.
Add pineapple, lemon and orange juices, and wine.
