Red Wine Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups/375 mL/12 fl oz red wine | ||
| 1/2 cup/125 mL/4 fl oz olive oil | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, diced | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| 1 teaspoon black peppercorns, cracked | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 1 teaspoon dried | 3 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
Directions
1. Place wine, oil, onion, bay leaf, peppercorns, garlic and thyme in a small bowl and mix to combine.
2. Pour marinade over meat, cover and set aside to marinate.
