Ingredients

 1 1/2 cups/375 mL/12 fl oz red wine
 1/2 cup/125 mL/4 fl oz olive oil
 Onion1 Small, diced
 Bay leaf1
 1 teaspoon black peppercorns, cracked
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 1 teaspoon dried3 Teaspoon, finely chopped

Directions

1. Place wine, oil, onion, bay leaf, peppercorns, garlic and thyme in a small bowl and mix to combine.
2. Pour marinade over meat, cover and set aside to marinate.
