Red Wine Barbecue Sauce Recipe

| Orange zest | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |

Directions
MAKING
In a saucepan mix together the wine, vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, onion, sugar and orange zest.
Bring it to boil and then reduce the heat and simmer, partially covered, for about 25 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the garlic.
This sauce remains quite thin.
SERVING
This is a very easy to make sauce ideal for barbeque preparations.
