3-4 Roma Tomatoes (medium size )
 
1 Large Onion
 
2 Jalapenos (Adj to taste)
 
2 Cloves of Garlic (Adj to taste)
 
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice (Adj to taste)
 
1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
 
Salt to taste
 
1/4 - 1/2 Cup Cilantro (finely chopped)
 
1 Tbsp Chilli Powder (Optional) (Adj to taste)
 
1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Clean and prepare vegetables. Roast them for few seconds until Peel comes off or lightly blacken on all sides.
Roast a tomato, jalapenos, onion. Remove skin and chop them.
Mix all the ingredients. Add chili powder and olive oil.
Transfer it into a serving bowl and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
