 Spinach4 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed
 2 medium-size tart red apples, chopped
 Red onion1/2 Small, sliced
 Tarragon2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Walnuts1 Tablespoon, chopped
 1/4 cup Lemon Yogurt Dressing

Directions

Tear the spinach into bite-size pieces and place in a serving bowl with apples.
Toss to combine.
Separate the onion slices into rings and arrange on top of the salad.
Sprinkle with the tarragon and walnuts.
