Red Spinach Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach | 4 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed | |
| 2 medium-size tart red apples, chopped | ||
| Red onion | 1/2 Small, sliced | |
| Tarragon | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Walnuts | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1/4 cup Lemon Yogurt Dressing | ||
Directions
Tear the spinach into bite-size pieces and place in a serving bowl with apples.
Toss to combine.
Separate the onion slices into rings and arrange on top of the salad.
Sprinkle with the tarragon and walnuts.
