Red Spinach Salad Recipe

4 cups firmly packed spinach
 
2 medium-size tart red apples, chopped
 
1/2 small red onion, sliced
 
2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon
 
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
 
1/4 cup Lemon Yogurt Dressing

Directions

Tear the spinach into bite-size pieces and place in a serving bowl with apples.
Toss to combine.
Separate the onion slices into rings and arrange on top of the salad.
Sprinkle with the tarragon and walnuts.
