Red Snapper Citrus Recipe

GETTING READY
1)Preheat oven to 400 degrees
MAKING
2)In a bowl mix onion, orange juice and rind, salt, and marinate fillets for about 30 minutes.
3)Once done, drain the liquid, put ina baking dish,flesh side up and bake for about 12 minutes or till done.
SERVING
4)Serve immediately
