Red Snapper Baked With Bananas Recipe
Ingredients
| Snapper fillets-1 1/2-2 pounds | ||
| Bananas-2 -peeled and quartered lengthwise | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Paprika | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Butter-3 tablespoons-melted | ||
| Sherry | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Almonds-toasted, slivered | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Season the plank
2. Preheat the plank to 350 degrees
MAKING
3. Place the fillets in the preheated oval of the wooden plank
4. Place the bananas around the fillets
5. Sprinkle the fish fillets with the salt, pepper, paprika and the melted butter
6. In a large bowl, mix together the sherry, lemon juice, brown sugar and ginger
7. Tip this mixture over the fish and bananas
8. Sprinkle with the toasted almonds
9. Bake for 30 minutes or till done

10. Serve hot immediately.
