 Red raspberry2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine the raspberry puree and sugar, mix thoroughly.
2) In a saucepan, stir the pectin in water.
3) Bring to a boil over a medium heat, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
4) Remove from heat and immediately stir in the raspberry mixture.
5) Stir for about 5 minutes, or until the sugar crystals are thoroughly dissolved and the mixture begins to thicken.
6) Ladle the 3 1/2 pints jam immediately into freezer friendly containers.
7) Cover and allow to stand in a cold place for 24 hours, until the mixture is completely jelled.
8) Seal to airtight the container and freeze.

SERVING
9) Use the Red Raspberry Jam as required.
