 2 cups hot potatoes diced small
 Dairy sour cream3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar1 Tablespoon
 1 cup cooked beets diced small
 Cooked eggs2 , coarsely chopped
 3 strips crisp bacon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Mix the sour cream with the vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Combine the sour cream mixture with the remaining ingredients, adding the crumbled bacon at the last minute.
Serve slightly warm.
