Red Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups hot potatoes diced small | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup cooked beets diced small | ||
| Cooked eggs | 2 , coarsely chopped | |
| 3 strips crisp bacon | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions

Mix the sour cream with the vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Serve slightly warm.
