Red Plum Sauce Recipe
The red plum sauce is a cooked fruit sauce prepared with plum jam. Flavored with lemon and orange rind, the red plum sauce is savory and sweet with a hint of mustard to it.
Ingredients
1 cup red plum jam
Grated rind of 1 lemon
Grated rind of 1 orange
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
Combine all ingredients, stirring well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Bring to a boil, and boil 1 minute.
