Red Pepper Scrambled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Red bell pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Eggs | 6 | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Half-and-half | 3 Tablespoon |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a pan and heat the butter.
2) Put onions and pepper to the butter.
3) Saute for 10 minutes.
4) Take the eggs and beat them.
5) Add salt, pepper and cream to the beaten eggs.
6) Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cook till the eggs are scrambled.
SERVING
7) Serve the dish hot.
