Red Pepper Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Red bell peppers | 6 To taste, roasted | |
| Balsamic vinegar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
In saute pan, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Do not brown.
Place roasted peppers in food processor with sauteed garlic, remaining olive oil, and vinegar; process until finely blended.
Serve at room temperature over pasta or reheat briefly.
