Red Pepper Relish Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 quarts finely chopped sweet red peppers | ||
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine peppers and salt; let stand 3 to 4 hours.
Add sugar and vinegar; cook, stirring frequently, about 45 minutes.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 14-inch head space.
Adjust caps.
Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
