Ingredients

 6 medium-size potatoes
 Onion1 , chopped
 Sweet red pepper3/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Butter4 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes.
Cook in boiling salted water in a medium saucepan until tender, about 15 minutes.
Drain.
Saute onion and red peppers in butter in a 10-inch skillet until soft but not brown.
Stir in drained potatoes, salt, and pepper.
Toss lightly.
Saute, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
