Red Lettuce Bowl Recipe

 Green beans2 Cup (16 tbs), halved
 Broccoli florets2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 head red leaf lettuce or 1 head raddiccio lettuce
 Mushrooms6 , sliced
 Sweet red pepper1/2 To taste, diced
 Minced parsley2 Tablespoon
 Red onion slice1 , separated into rings
 Russian dressing1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Place the green beans in a steaming basket over boiling water.
Steam for 5 minutes, then add the broccoli and steam an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until the broccoli is crisp-tender.
Remove from steamer and rinse under cold water until cool.
While the vegetables steam, tear the lettuce leaves in half crosswise.
Arrange the top halves around the outside of a plate or shallow serving bowl.
Place the bottom halves in the middle.
Place the mushrooms on the lettuce in the center.
Layer the beans and broccoli on top of the mushrooms.
Sprinkle the peppers and parsley over the salad and arrange the onion rings on top.
