Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, heat oil and fry the onion with a bouillon cube for 5 minutes.
2. Add the tomatoes and black pepper.
3. Fry for 3 more minutes.
4. Stir the pumpkin in the sauce.
5. Add the meat and cover with water.
6. Simmer for 20 minutes.
7. Mash the pumpkin in the soup and add the fish.
8. Let simmer for 10 more minutes.
9. Add some salt and ground chili pepper to your taste.

SERVING
10. Serve hot over rice. Enjoy
