Red & Green Salsa Recipe

1 small red bell pepper
1/4 cup (60 mL) coarsely chopped fresh coriander
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 fresh jalapeno chilies, seeded, minced
2 tablespoons (30 mL) fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon (1 mL) salt
Directions
1. Cut bell pepper lengthwise in half; remove and discard seeds and veins. Cut halves lengthwise into thin slivers; cut slivers crosswise into halves.
2. Combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix well. Let stand, covered, at room temperature to blend flavors, 1 to 2 hours.
