Ingredients
1 lb. can tart cherries
10 oz. unsweetened frozen
Pkg. raspberries, thawed
10 oz. unsweetened frozen
Pkg. strawberries, thawed
2 tsp granulated sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Drain fruit; reserve liquids.
Add enough water to reserved fruit liquid to make 2 1/2 cup (625 mL).
Blend liquid, sugar replacement and cornstarch in saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until clear and thickened.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice.
Fold in cherries, raspberries and strawberries.
Chill thoroughly.
