Red Eye Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Uncooked instant rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup picante sauce or salsa | ||
| 1 can whole kernel corn or Mexicorn | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Monterey jack cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/3 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
