Red Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground Black Pepper- 1 teaspoon plus a pinch | ||
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ketchup | 1 Bottle (1l) | |
| Vinegar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a blender, place all the ingredients together except oil.
2) Blend the onion mixture on high speed until smooth.
3) While still bending add salad oil in a steady stream through opening in lid until well-blended.
4) Put the processor off and stir the dressing well.
5) Transfer the dressing into storage jar with tight cap and refrigerate.
6) Make at least 24 hours before serving.
SERVING
7) Shake well and use over desired salad.
