 Red Chilli Paste 1 cup.
 Soya sauce 1 cup.
 Garlic14 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onion14 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Sugar14 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sesame seed14 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sesame oil1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, mix together red chilli paste, soya sauce, chopped garlic, chopped onion, sugar, roast sesame seed, sesame oil and salt.
2)Cook the paste over reduced heat unilt paste becomes thick.

SERVING
3)Use in various recipes once sauce is thick.
4)Use cooled sauce in kimchi.
