Ingredients

 Butter/Margarine6 Tablespoon
 2 small red hot chili peppers, seeded and finely chopped
 Green onions4 , thinly sliced
 Red bell pepper1/2 Medium, minced
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), minced
 Minced parsley3 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) Use a large skillet to heat butter over medium-high heat.
2) Stir in chili peppers, onions, bell pepper and garlic and cook for 2 minutes or until onions are soft.
3) Remove from heat to stir in parsley, salt and black pepper.

SERVING
4) Serve the sauce with crackers or chips.
