| 2 small red hot chili peppers, seeded and finely chopped | ||
| Green onions | 4 , thinly sliced | |
| Red bell pepper | 1/2 Medium, minced | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Minced parsley | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Use a large skillet to heat butter over medium-high heat.
2) Stir in chili peppers, onions, bell pepper and garlic and cook for 2 minutes or until onions are soft.
3) Remove from heat to stir in parsley, salt and black pepper.
SERVING
4) Serve the sauce with crackers or chips.
