Red Caviar Madrilene Recipe
Ingredients
1 quart (or 2 1/2 thirteen-ounce cans) consomme a la madrilene
2 ounces red caviar
6 tablespoons sour cream
3 teaspoons minced chives
Directions
1. Pour the madrilene into six bouillon cups. Stir into each cup a heaping tea spoon of caviar. Refrigerate until the madrilene jellies.
