Red Caviar Madrilene Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 quart (or 2 1/2 thirteen-ounce cans) consomme a la madrilene | ||
| 2 ounces red caviar | ||
| Sour cream | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Chives | 3 Teaspoon, minced | |
Directions
1. Pour the madrilene into six bouillon cups. Stir into each cup a heaping tea spoon of caviar. Refrigerate until the madrilene jellies.
