Ingredients

 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Green onions8
 Red cabbage1 1/2 Pound
 1 to 1 1/4 pounds bockwurst or white bratwurst
 Salad oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 White wine vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 1 1/2 teaspoons each celery seeds, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Insert metal blade.
Mince garlic.
Leave in work bowl.
Change to slicing disc.
Slice onions; leave in work bowl.
Shred cabbage.
Set cabbage mixture aside.
Slice sausage.
Heat oil in a wide frying pan or electric wok over medium-high heat.
Add sliced sausage and cook, turning frequently, until browned.
Add vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, mustard, and Worcestershire.
Bring mixture to a boil; add cabbage mixture, then turn off heat.
Using 2 forks or spoons, lift and turn cabbage until coated with dressing.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
