Red Cabbage Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 medium-size head red cabbage, shredded | ||
| 1 medium-size onion, minced (1/2 cup) | ||
| Green pepper | 1 To taste, halved | |
| 1 medium-size carrot, pared and shredded | ||
| Plain yogurt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1 Toss cabbage, onion, green pepper and carrot together in a large bowl.
2 Combine yogurt, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a small bowl; fold into the vegetables. Chill.
