Ingredients

 1 medium-size head red cabbage, shredded
 1 medium-size onion, minced (1/2 cup)
 Green pepper1 To taste, halved
 1 medium-size carrot, pared and shredded
 Plain yogurt1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Lemon pepper1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

1 Toss cabbage, onion, green pepper and carrot together in a large bowl.
2 Combine yogurt, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a small bowl; fold into the vegetables. Chill.
