Red Cabbage Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Red cabbage | 2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| 2 large radishes, coarsely chopped | ||
| 1 large carrot, coarsely grated | ||
| Green onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger root | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Alfalfa sprouts | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (Garnish:) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
In medium bowl, toss together all ingredients, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
To serve, place alfalfa sprouts in centre of serving platter or on individual salad plates; surround with cabbage mixture.
