Ingredients

 Red cabbage2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 2 large radishes, coarsely chopped
 1 large carrot, coarsely grated
 Green onion1 , finely chopped
 Mayonnaise1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger root
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 Alfalfa sprouts2 Cup (16 tbs) (Garnish:)
 Salt To Taste

Directions

In medium bowl, toss together all ingredients, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
To serve, place alfalfa sprouts in centre of serving platter or on individual salad plates; surround with cabbage mixture.
