 Red cabbage1 Small
 Ruby Port - 1 cup
 Vinegar1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Medium-sized apple - 1, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
 Salt To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1. In a large pan add cabbage, wine, and vinegar.
2. Cook and add apple.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
5. Add some wine if cabbage looks dry.
6. Salt to taste.

SERVING
7. Transfer into a serving dish.
