Ingredients

 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
 Honey3 Tablespoon
 Apple cider vinegar1 Tablespoon
 1 medium golden delicious apple, cored and chopped
 2 1/2 cups coarsely shredded red cabbage
 Dark raisins2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large serving bowl, mix together yogurt, honey and vinegar until smooth.
2) Stir in apples, cabbage and raisins and chill, covered in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

SERVING
3) Again mix well and if desired, drain the liquid from the salad and serve at once with a slotted spoon.
