Ingredients

 1 small red cabbage finely shredded
 1 red apple, quartered, cored and sliced
 Red currant jelly1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Combine the cabbage, apple, jelly, water and salt in large saucepan; cover.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender but still a little crisp.
