 Red cabbage1/2 Medium
 Red wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Caraway seeds2 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg1/4 Teaspoon
 Chives6 , snipped
 1 tblspn reduced fat double cream
 1 tblspn natural low fat yogurt
 Chives for garnish

Directions

Place cabbage in a saucepan with 3cm of boiling water.
Add the vinegar, caraway seeds and nutmeg.
Cover and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Drain well, toss with chives.
