|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsweetened orange juice concentrate||6 Ounce, frozen, partly defrosted but undiluted (1 Can)|

1.In a blender, mix gelatin with cold water.
2.Leave the mixture for a minute so that the granules of gelatin turn soft.
3.Once soft, pour the boiling water in the mixture.
4.Put the lid on and blend on high.
5.Remove the stuck particles by scraping towards bottom.
6.Put orange juice and blend for some more time after covering.
7.Serve cold in dessert cups.
